This role is for the right candidate who enjoys multidimensional communication and enjoys assisting in triaging and supporting complex challenges and can outline these findings to our software engineers as needed. The Impact of the Job and WorkĪt its core, the Customer Support Specialist’s role is to provide world-class technical support to ensure our customers' experience in the Property Meld platform is an exceptional one. By working closely with Account Managers and the Software Project teams, the Customer Support Specialist will communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers through our ticketing system, live chat, and scheduled phone calls. Our team has grown from three employees in 2016 to 43 employees to start out 2021. We have made a major impact in the past six years on both the industry and the tech start-up space, proven by our year-over-year growth. We are proud that we continue to improve the lives of so many people and have had such a profound impact on an entire multi-billion-dollar industry. We are truly passionate about solving the maintenance headache and share that passion at conferences, on webcasts, through blog posting, and through our industry partners.
